A licensed Realtor and member of the Victoria Real Estate Board since 1984, Richard brings with him a wealth of real estate sales, management experience and a positive approach to team building. Richard has traveled extensively throughout Canada and the U.S. learning about the marketing and management of real estate sales. Richard is a dedicated father to Kyla and Evan. He enjoys spending much of his free time with them in their various sporting events and other activities. One of his most rewarding challenges has been coaching his kids. His dedication to community is evident with his extensive volunteer work with many organizations.
